How do I get Site Manager?
Site Manager is included in Q Digital Managed WordPress ($599 + GST a month) and Managed WooCommerce ($799 + GST a month). Both have a one-off $699 + GST setup fee, which covers connecting your site and getting it healthy.
How does it connect to my site?
A lightweight agent plugin goes on your WordPress site. We install it as part of setup. The agent reports health and runs the actions we trigger; the heavy work and data live on the Q Digital platform, not your server.
Is it safe to run updates through it?
Yes. Updates run one at a time or across the fleet, and each is followed by a health check, so a bad update surfaces immediately rather than silently breaking your site.
Can I still log in to my own site?
Yes. You keep full access to your WordPress site. Site Manager adds monitoring, maintenance and reporting on top; it doesn't lock you out of anything.
Do you store WordPress passwords?
Only the WordPress logins set through Site Manager, and only encrypted at rest. Revealing one requires re-entering your Site Manager password, and every reveal is logged.
What about AI credits?
Managed WordPress includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, shared across Site Manager and the plugins, for things like report summaries, security triage and the Smart Chatbot. You can top up any time.
